I have been using the Legend LSO spinal orthosis belt for my back stenosis and sciatica, and it has helped me tremendously to return to my walking state. I also have herniated discs and was not able to walk much before. However, when I started using the belt it is so comfortable that I use it for walking and when doing other activities. I feel the positive impact on my health and activities.
